How do credits work?
Each tool has its own credit buckets. Prospect Finder plans include daily searches and a monthly pot of SEO metrics credits; Email Verifier plans include daily, monthly, and total verification limits. Unused top-up credits carry over until they expire.
Can I try LeadGrab before paying?
Yes. Every new account starts on the free plan — Prospect Finder (50 search credits a month using your own free Serper key) and Email Verifier (100 verifications a month) — no card required. Upgrade whenever you hit the limits.
Can I cancel or change plans at any time?
Absolutely. Subscriptions can be cancelled, upgraded, or downgraded from your billing settings. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
What happens to the data I upload?
Your files and results belong to you. Uploads are stored encrypted, used only to run the job you requested, and can be deleted from your dashboard at any time. We never sell or share your lists.
What are bundles?
Bundles combine Prospect Finder and Email Verifier plans into a single subscription at a discount — one payment, both tools unlocked, with the full credit allowance of each included plan.
